Trade Lane Desk processes business contact and shipment information to prepare, communicate and administer FCL forwarding enquiries and quotations.
Information we process
We may process names, business contact details, job roles, company information, shipment requirements, quotation records and business email correspondence. We do not intentionally accept dangerous-goods shipments in this pilot.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare and follow up quotations, coordinate suppliers, maintain an operational record, secure the service and meet applicable obligations.
Retention
During the pilot, CRM contact data and business email are normally retained for the active relationship and up to 24 months after the last activity. Backups are retained for 14 days. A legal hold or an applicable obligation may require a different period.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal data. We verify requests before acting and may preserve limited non-identifying audit facts or records that must lawfully be retained.
Security
Access is restricted by account, tenant and role. Production traffic uses HTTPS, infrastructure access is key-only, credentials are protected, and consequential actions are recorded in an audit trail.
